Your Tasks within Our Team:

• Strengthening our Employer Branding: Contribute to building our personnel and training marketing to increase our visibility as an employer.
• Bringing our Channels to Life: Research and write content for the website, press releases, create presentations, and develop marketing materials.
• Being Our Face at Events: Support the organization and management of our trade fair appearances, ensuring smooth event execution.
• Generating Interest on Social Media: Develop and post social media content that engages our target audiences and increases reach.
• Promoting Internal Communication: Assist our editorial team in creating the employee magazine and supporting internal events.

Your Profile:

• You are an enrolled student with a particular interest in Media, Communication, Marketing, or Journalism.
• You are enthusiastic about Public Relations, Corporate Communications, Personnel, and Training Marketing, with an interest in the construction industry.
• Team spirit and organizational talent are your strengths, complemented by the ability to work independently. Initial experience in marketing or HR marketing is advantageous.
• Basic website maintenance skills are helpful but not essential. Ideally, you already have basic knowledge of layout and graphic design.
• You are an open, communicative personality and enjoy contributing your own ideas.
