Responsibilities

Your Mission:

As Head of Education, you will drive all our educational formats forward, ensuring they deliver on our promise: absolute currency and tailored learning formats and platforms – for every team and every individual. Our flagship products like the AI Learning Platform, the AI Driver's License, and further advanced formats like the Agent Builder (Level 2), the Architect (Level 3), and many other programs must be top-level not only in content but also didactically – as must the tech platforms behind them. This involves not just content development but thinking through and continuously improving the entire user experience from start to finish.

Important: This is not a teaching role – you will not lead the programs yourself, but rather develop, improve, and be responsible for them.

Your Tasks:

• You will be responsible for and continuously improve all our learning formats – from the AI Learning Platform and the AI Driver's License to advanced formats (e.g., Agent Builder, Architect) – in terms of content, didactics, and overall learning experience.
• You will develop the next stages of our programs (Level 2, 3...) and new features: making them more interactive, effective, and better.
• You will conceptualize new educational formats and follow-up offerings.
• You will keep all content up-to-date with the extremely fast-paced AI market – what's new, what's relevant, what needs to be removed?
• You will ensure premium and quality standards across all learning products.
• You will work at the interface with our tech team: The products behind the programs (including our learning platform) are continuously being developed – you will contribute the didactic and UX perspectives.
• You will be responsible for program delivery, working closely with founders, experts, and our freelancer network.
• You will make learning success measurable and consistently use feedback for further development.

Qualifications

Your Profile:

• You have a background in (Corporate) Education, L&D, Didactics, or Instructional Design – and a desire to rethink this with AI.
• You think in products and user journeys: How do our SME and enterprise customers have the best possible experience from the first email contact to post-program support – and get the most out of our programs?
• You are enthusiastic about AI, actively use AI tools, and understand how to teach people AI effectively.
• You can not only conceptualize programs but also build, roll out, and iterate on them hands-on.
• You are structured, quality-obsessed, and consistently think from the learner's experience.
• You communicate strongly and make complex topics learnable and interactive.
• You work independently and proactively drive topics forward.

Nice to have:

• Experience in scaling learning or training programs.
• Moderation and support of cohorts or communities.
• Experience with learning platforms and didactic tools.
