Performance Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

To further strengthen our team, we are immediately seeking you for the Marketing department on-site in Berlin.

Responsibilities

• Paid Media Management: Independently manage, optimize, and continuously scale paid campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.).
• Structured Testing: Conceptualize, set up, and evaluate systematic performance tests for creatives, audiences, offers, and landing pages.
• Shopify Performance: Co-own the sales-oriented performance of the Shopify store.
• Agile Team Implementation: Close collaboration within the core team for rapid implementation of sales-driving campaign projects.

Qualifications

• Experience: Solid professional experience in operational performance marketing, ideally in the Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) e-commerce environment.
• Platform Knowledge: Confident, in-depth knowledge of the Shopify ecosystem and common ad managers (especially Meta Ads and Google Ads).
• Analytical Mindset: Strong focus on CLV. You make data-driven decisions and love iteratively improving campaign setups.
• Work Style: An extremely implementation-strong, test-driven approach and enthusiasm for a dynamic environment.
