We maintain a clear delineation between business process expertise and technical implementation. First, business experts conduct thorough investigations and conceptualize new processes. Role of Business Process Analyst in ESA

You will be ultimately responsible for creating tangible results for our clients' business operations. This involves:

• Investigation: Thoroughly investigate client operations, reconstruct current business processes, analyze systems, data, and interview key staff.
• Re-engineering: Improve business processes from root principles to enhance profitability, efficiency, and scalability. Craft individualized custom solutions and define exact desired processes.
• System Collaboration: Work with the technical team to conceptualize and implement systems that enforce, automate, and enable the desired to-be processes.
• Implementation & Refinement: Lead the implementation of processes and systems into client operations, identifying and resolving issues, and refining improvements to achieve desired results.
• Continuous Evolution: Evolve processes and systems to support client business growth, efficiency, and profitability over time.

This is an extremely rigorous and thorough job requiring a highly methodical approach, significant decision-making, and a great deal of responsibility. It demands 100% full-time focus and effort. Your performance and career progression will be evaluated based on your ability to deliver exceptional results.

Compensation

• Starting Pay: USD $110-150K/year for Advanced/Senior level, $80-100K/year for Mid-level.
• Further pay promotions available based on performance.
