Your Role
As a creative mind for social media and content, you will be more than just an executor; you'll be a sparring partner for ideas. You'll contribute to brainstorming, experimentation, trend identification, and the creation of engaging content, particularly Reels, that resonates with the target audience.
Responsibilities
- Develop and ideate content strategies, not just execute.
- Test various formats and learn what truly resonates with the audience.
- Creatively develop original ideas rather than simply copying trends.
- Edit and produce Reels using tools like CapCut, incorporating effective editing, sound, and creative flair.
- Monitor Instagram trends, sounds, and formats for potential application.
- Utilize AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT to enhance efficiency and creativity.
Qualifications
- Deep passion for and understanding of Instagram and its trends.
- A strong creative streak and independent mindset that differentiates you from AI.
- A good sense for effective editing in CapCut/similar tools, music selection, and visual aesthetics.
