About Us

Bloom & Beyond Design LLC is a luxury interior design company based in Dubai, specializing in high-end residential interiors. We are seeking a talented full-time Video Editor to enhance our company brand and our founder’s personal brand through compelling short-form content.

Responsibilities

• Edit Instagram Reels, TikTok videos, and other short-form content.
• Create engaging edits with strong hooks, smooth pacing, clear captions, effective transitions, and impactful sound effects.
• Organize and manage raw footage efficiently.
• Deliver high-quality videos within agreed deadlines.
• Maintain a clean, premium editing style that aligns with our luxury brand identity.
• Learn and adapt to our specific editing style, progressing to independent editing with minimal guidance.
• Stay current with social media trends and apply them strategically to content.

Requirements

• Proven experience editing short-form social media content.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and audience retention techniques.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Reliable internet connection and availability for full-time work.
• Good communication skills and a willingness to learn and grow with the company.

What We’re Looking For

We seek a creative, proactive individual passionate about producing high-performing content. You will receive close guidance during the initial weeks to master our editing style, with the goal of enabling you to edit independently while upholding our brand identity.
