About the Role

This is a freelance role for the Tendem project, focusing on presentation design, storytelling, and visual hierarchy. You will be responsible for turning raw data and narratives into beautifully designed, highly persuasive slides and one-pagers, working alongside AI agents that handle repetitive tasks. This part-time remote opportunity is ideal for creative professionals with hands-on experience in visual communications, information design, and storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-stakes pitch decks and professional one-pagers tailored for specific audiences.
• Translate complex data into clear visual storytelling with a strong focus on minimalism and precise information hierarchy.
• Elevate presentations using custom fonts, elegant animations, and perfect visual consistency.
• Enforce a polished, persuasive, and premium corporate-meets-creative style across all deliverables.
• Execute formatting quality standards through meticulous validation of visual alignment, pacing, and brand adherence before final delivery.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in graphic design, presentation design, visual storytelling, or data visualization is desirable.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communications, or related creative fields is a plus.
• Expertise in presentation software: PowerPoint, Keynote, etc., for building complex, dynamic, and perfectly animated decks.
• Deep proficiency with design tools: Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) or Figma to create custom graphics and layouts.
• Ability to translate complex data and multi-level hierarchical structures into clear, minimalist visual storytelling.
• Advanced skills in typography and animation for premium deliverables.
• English proficiency: Upper-intermediate (B2) or above (required).

Additional Requirements

• Hands-on experience creating high-end, premium corporate-meets-creative style layouts.
• Strong attention to detail and absolute commitment to visual perfectness.
• Self-directed work ethic with the ability to troubleshoot design challenges independently.
• Your CV must include a link to your portfolio featuring high-end presentations, pitch decks, and data visualization. Applications without a portfolio link, or without relevant presentation cases, will not be considered.

Project Details

• Workload: Tasks are estimated to require around 10–20 hours per week during active phases. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed workload.
• Compensation: Earn up to $50 per hour equivalent, depending on your level and pace of contribution.
