About the Role

ElevenLabs is building its first dedicated Canadian enterprise go-to-market team and is seeking a founding Enterprise Account Executive based in Canada. This role is critical for driving growth within Fortune 500 and large enterprises across Canada. Working alongside the GM of Canada, you will help establish our enterprise playbook from scratch, acting as a strategic partner to organizations leveraging our industry-leading voice technology to reimagine customer experiences, internal workflows, and monetization strategies.

In this role you will:

  • Build and manage a new portfolio of new accounts across industries adopting conversational AI to meet revenue goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities where ElevenLabs’ conversational AI capabilities can drive user engagement, automation, or cost efficiency.
  • Generate and own pipeline through targeted outbound prospecting into priority accounts, collaborating with SDRs and partnerships teams to engage C-suite executives.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the conversational AI landscape, including customer use cases, competitive solutions, and emerging trends.
  • Demonstrate expertise, or a strong willingness to learn, about conversational AI and how ElevenLabs’ voice technology can unlock value across customer support, virtual agents, in-app assistants, and more.
  • Develop and execute account strategies to expand ElevenLabs’ presence within key Canadian enterprise verticals (e.g., financial services, public sector, telecom).
  • Partner closely with customer success and solutions engineering to ensure smooth onboarding and account expansion.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, educating them on emerging trends in generative AI, voice interfaces, and conversational agents.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of quota-carrying enterprise sales experience in SaaS or technology, with exposure to AI, generative AI, LLM-based products, or API platforms.
  • Proven success closing seven-figure deals and managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to self-source pipeline and build territory from scratch in a new market.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise procurement and legal processes, with the ability to accelerate deal velocity.
  • Experience selling technical solutions to product and engineering leaders; ability to translate complex technology into business value.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to build relationships at the C-suite and board level.
  • Comfort with autonomy and ambiguity, possessing a competitive, ownership-driven mindset for building new playbooks and processes.
  • Passion for Agentic AI / Voice AI / Audio AI and its transformative potential for customers.
  • A hybrid customer and product-driven mentality prioritizing client satisfaction and scale.
  • Bilingual proficiency (English/French) is a plus.

Location:

  • This role is remote-first and can be executed from anywhere in Canada, with a strong preference for candidates based in Toronto.
  • You will operate primarily in the ET timezone, with collaboration across other Canadian timezones as needed.
  • A monthly co-working stipend is provided for those not based near a hub.
