Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line technical support to users of technological educational platforms.
  • Act as the primary interface between end-users and the company, handling technical issues, clarifications, and incident resolution.
  • Ensure a seamless and optimized user experience.
  • Attend to users via phone, email, or system, registering, categorizing, and prioritizing requests clearly and organizedly.
  • Resolve doubts and guide users on the correct use of the company's platforms and educational products.
  • Monitor ticket status, keeping the user informed and ensuring satisfaction with the service.
  • Support back-office activities related to support, such as data verification, updating registrations, and interaction records.
  • Participate in orientation sessions with users, explaining basic tool usage and platform functionalities.
  • Report recurring problems or improvement suggestions observed from user contact to internal areas.
  • Contribute to creating and updating support content, such as FAQs, guides, and simple tutorials.
  • Work in compliance with internal policies for service, quality, and data privacy.

Requirements

  • Desirable: Completed higher education.
  • Previous experience in customer service, support, call center, or back-office.
  • Good oral and written communication skills, focusing on clarity, empathy, and objectivity.
  • Desirable: Courses or training in customer service, assertive communication, conflict resolution.
  • Completed high school education (ongoing higher education is a plus).
  • Familiarity with ticket registration systems (JIRA) is a differential.
