About

20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to provide remote services to clients, primarily in developed markets like the US, UK, Canada, and Australia. This specific opportunity is for a growing commercial cleaning company seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Lead Generation & Outreach Virtual Assistant to support business development. The role focuses on B2B lead generation, LinkedIn outreach, email prospecting, and follow-up management, targeting property managers, general contractors, and business owners in New York, New Jersey, and Florida. The ideal candidate is organized, consistent, and comfortable executing high-volume outreach with professional communication.

Role Type: Part-time (20 Hours/week)
Work Schedule: Flexible within 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and research potential clients using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google, Yelp, and online directories. Target key decision-makers and build/maintain structured prospect lists within assigned geographic markets (NY, NJ, FL).
  • Outbound Outreach (LinkedIn & Email): Execute daily outreach campaigns via LinkedIn messaging and email, using templates while adapting messaging as needed. Maintain consistent outreach volume and professional, brand-aligned communication.
  • Follow-Up & Lead Management: Track all outreach efforts and responses, perform structured follow-ups (2-3 attempts per lead), and ensure timely responses. Maintain organized lead tracking and status updates.
  • Lead Research & Data Management: Gather and verify contact information and company details. Maintain accurate records in Google Sheets or CRM tools and continuously update/clean lead databases.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with basic administrative tasks such as invoice creation (Google Docs or similar), data entry, and file organization.
  • Growth & Expansion Tasks (Trainable): Assist with outbound cold calling, support bid preparation and proposal coordination, and take on additional operational or marketing tasks over time.

Requirements

  • 1-3+ years of experience in lead generation, B2B outreach or prospecting, or marketing/sales support.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools.
  • Strong written English communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups simultaneously.
  • Comfortable performing repetitive outreach tasks with consistency.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the role.
  • Experience working with U.S.-based clients is a plus.
  • Familiarity with commercial cleaning, real estate, or contractor outreach is a plus.
  • Basic experience with CRM systems is a plus.
