Responsibilities

  • Drive product commercialization for the image-guided spine surgery portfolio, with global responsibility for "robotics, mixed reality, and instruments."
  • Equip the sales team with tools, training, and resources to effectively promote and sell Microscope Navigation.
  • Gather and analyze feedback from customers, service teams, and market data to implement product improvements.
  • Evaluate business opportunities and prioritize product scope in alignment with clinical needs, technical feasibility, and market impact.
  • Manage current product success throughout all phases of the product lifecycle, driving optimizations and enhancements.
  • Serve as a product advocate at events, presentations, and in-house visits, supporting sales with essential tools and training.
  • Track and assess global sales performance, aligning results with objectives.
  • Develop and execute high-impact marketing strategies to boost Microscope Navigation visibility, adoption, and market positioning.
  • Partner with internal teams and external partners to deliver cohesive, integrated solutions.
  • Coordinate efforts with R&D and other departments.
  • Work closely with support teams to streamline service processes and elevate customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Motivated to drive change.
  • Minimum of 3 years in Product Management or a similar role, ideally within healthcare, addressing spine surgery, or related high-tech industries.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
  • Ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams to foster effective collaboration with R&D, sales, and clinical teams.
  • Ability to translate complex contexts and solutions into clear and concise visions and actionable strategies.
  • Proven organizational skills and the ability to manage complex operational and project-based tasks.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills in both English and German.
  • Business fluent in English and German.
  • Based in Munich, willingness for up to 20% travel.
