Responsibilities

• Technology & Process Management: Advise clients on SAP TM solutions and support realization projects from implementation to testing. Actively participate in the implementation and optimization of SAP TM solutions to meet client requirements.
• IT Solution Development & Customizing: Optimize and further develop existing processes in comparison to the SAP TM standard, particularly in existing client support, ensuring processes are more efficient and customer-oriented. Develop and evaluate IT solution concepts and implement them through targeted customizing.
• Knowledge Sharing & Improvement: Create comprehensive process documentation and presentations, and conduct internal and external training sessions to impart knowledge and ensure project quality.
• Presales & Client Relationship Building: Actively support presales activities to build new client relationships and expand market share.

Requirements

• Extensive practical experience with SAP TM, ideally with deep knowledge of customizing and technical interdependencies.
• Proven experience in SAP TM projects from requirements gathering to implementation, with a strong understanding of transport logistics processes.
• Academic background with a successfully completed degree or apprenticeship in logistics, business informatics, computer science, or a related field.
• Enjoy collaborating with colleagues and clients, possess a networked way of thinking, and value interdisciplinary teamwork.
• Clear, convincing, and professional communication skills in both German (minimum C1) and English.
