Responsibilities

• Leadership Responsibility in Projects: Take on functional leadership responsibility for the project team and (partial) project management with a focus on SAP EWM projects. Lead the team, ensure project coordination, and take responsibility for the successful implementation of projects.
• Budgeting, Quality & Risk Management: Be responsible for project budgeting, quality assurance, and risk management. Ensure effective steering and achievement of project goals regarding time, cost, and quality.
• Technology & Process Management: With your strong knowledge, capture and analyze client requirements and advise them on their logistics processes. Document and evaluate logistics processes and contribute to optimizing processes and meeting client requirements.
• Innovative Technology & Improvement: As part of our team, actively contribute to development in a dynamic project environment with exciting topics such as SAP S/4 HANA, Industry 4.0, and digitalization. Shape the future of logistics processes and implement innovative solutions.

Requirements

• Several years of professional experience as a Project Manager in IT or logistics.
• Strong communication skills with confident command of German (minimum C1) and English, including presentations to clients.
• Strong customer orientation and a high willingness to travel.
• Proficiency in SAP EWM, SAP WM, or SAP LES is a plus, as is prior experience in logistics or with warehouse management software.
