Ace & Tate is a company that makes glasses, and we believe working here should be worthwhile. We are looking for an HR Intern at our Amsterdam HQ.

Provide administrative support, including drafting employment contracts, collecting onboarding information, and maintaining employee data in the HR system (HiBob).
Communicate regularly with employees and store managers, answering questions and proactively seeking information.
Assist in preparing monthly payroll by verifying changes and documentation.
Conduct research on employee legislation to support People Business Partners with advisory cases and policy changes.
Collaborate with recruitment to ensure new retail hires are processed correctly for timely onboarding.

Currently studying or recently graduated with a background in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or similar.
High level of professionalism, with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly and confidentially.
Excellent people and communication skills, with a strong eye for detail and high organization.
Fluent in English; Dutch and/or German are a plus.
Hands-on mentality and eagerness to learn and grow.
Ability to live in or near Amsterdam during the internship period.
This is a 6-month internship position.
