As an association of 48 municipalities, Laber-Naab Infrastruktur GmbH is realizing Bavaria's largest municipal fiber optic project. For this demanding task, we are looking for a dedicated personality who works closely with management, takes responsibility, and actively helps shape complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Support management in all organizational, administrative, and project-related matters
• Preparation and follow-up of appointments, meetings, committees, and decision papers
• Creation of minutes, presentations, and evaluations
• Coordination and follow-up of projects and project documents
• Proof of performance and documentation for funding bodies
• Interface and coordination with municipalities, project partners, planning offices, construction supervision, and authorities
• Reporting, monitoring, and preparation of project-related key figures
• Support in structuring and further developing internal processes
• Organization and coordination of special topics close to management

Requirements

• Completed degree (e.g., in business, administration, project management) or comparable qualification or several years of professional experience
• Sound knowledge of project management, the funding environment, and ideally the public sector
• Very good organizational skills and a structured, self-reliant way of working
• Strong communication skills and a confident demeanor with internal and external partners
• Very good MS Office skills; experience with project management tools desirable
• High degree of discretion, reliability, and team orientation
• Understanding of technical and legal framework conditions in the infrastructure and funding environment is an advantage
