Responsibilities

• Own the overall technical architecture, conception, and further development of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and ERP landscape, as well as the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical architectures, solution designs, and integration concepts.
• Actively shape the technological roadmap and the technical target architecture of our Dynamics platform, making technology decisions on architecture standards and technical solution approaches.
• Continuously develop the CRM/ERP system landscape and manage technical optimizations.
• Oversee implementation and integration projects from an architectural perspective and collaborate closely with internal and external development teams.
• Provide hands-on technical solutions as needed.
• Monitor technological trends in the Microsoft ecosystem and evaluate their benefits, feasibility, and long-term future viability.
• Ensure compliance with architecture standards, security requirements, and quality guidelines.

Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in the architecture and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions (CRM and ERP/F&SCM).
• Very good knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, etc.).
• Experience in the integration of enterprise applications and interface architectures.
• Deep understanding of modern software and cloud architectures, ideally within the Microsoft Azure environment.
• Familiarity with collaboration with business departments and agile project structures.
• Initial knowledge of ALM, DevOps processes, and modern development standards is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and an analytical mindset.
• Very good German and good English language skills.
