As a holding company based in Hamburg, they support their entrepreneurs and employees. They offer a modern office environment and embrace "New Work" with digital tools and home office possibilities. They are seeking a Junior IT System Administrator to support their growth.

Responsibilities

• Support administration and development of the Microsoft 365 environment within the group.
• Assist with the introduction, support, and further development of Microsoft Copilot and modern digital work processes.
• Provide first and second-level IT support for partner companies and employees.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and assist with hardware and software setup.
• Participate in group-wide IT projects and support the continuous improvement of the IT landscape.
• Act as a contact person for colleagues, assisting with technical challenges and explaining IT topics.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in IT (e.g., Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration) or a relevant IT-focused degree. Motivated career starters are welcome.
• Initial practical experience with Microsoft 365 and its administration interfaces.
• Interest in modern AI solutions and ideally some exposure to Microsoft Copilot or similar AI applications.
• Basic knowledge in user administration, IT support, hardware, and networks.
• Communicative, service-oriented, and a team player with a passion for supporting colleagues with technical issues.
• High self-motivation, willingness to learn, and interest in professional and personal development.
