Responsibilities

As an Associate Director, Authorization Services Operations, you will:

• Drive program governance and KPI/operational metrics setting and reporting for the Authorization Services Team.
• Support the strategy and implementation of special projects.
• Deploy tactics to enhance overall program value.
• Be accountable for operational reporting and forecasting.
• Identify and monitor KPIs and operational metrics, driving insights.
• Set and implement department strategy to enhance program value and uncover new opportunities.
• Identify and drive execution of cost-savings opportunities.
• Manage important company and department strategy programs.
• Continuously evaluate financial and performance metrics dashboards.
• Support the budgeting process and fiscal performance for the team.
• Guide overall program governance and accountability for producing executive leadership materials.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in healthcare strategy and operations, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience managing individual contributors.
• 3+ years of project planning experience.
• Bonus points for a Master's degree, Utilization Management experience, Management Consulting experience with a focus on healthcare, experience leading large-scale cross-functional initiatives, and experience with Excel and financial modeling.
