Lionflence is a young company specializing in online marketing and management, with headquarters in Mülheim an der Ruhr and a presence in Berlin. They offer a 360° service package to clients, going beyond typical marketing agency services. They are looking for a team player with strong interpersonal skills and practical experience who is passionate about supporting artists and eager to take on exciting tasks in artist management.

Responsibilities

• Support internal talents.
• Assist in finding new cooperation partners.
• Learn to handle inquiries and submit offers.
• Gain knowledge in price negotiations and market pricing, with opportunities to practice negotiation skills with providers and service providers (cooperation partners).
• Learn about contract structures in the industry and assist in reviewing contracts.
• Support artist managers in concept development and realization of content formats for talents.
• Act as an interface between talents and partners, planning their deployment and ensuring their well-being.
• Identify and acquire potential new cooperation partners and future formats and broadcasts.
• Assume a supporting role in the first year, with gradual progression based on development.

Requirements

• Minimum internship, working student experience, and/or vocational training in Influencer Marketing, Online Marketing, or a related field (e.g., a digital, social media, or PR agency).
• Interest and intuition for the latest digital and consumer trends.
• Proficient in using all common social media networks and online communities.
• Ideally, prior experience in the implementation and/or conception of social media and influencer marketing campaigns.
• High creativity and motivation.
• Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
