The company is part of the Eggersmann Group, which has over 1,300 employees worldwide. We are looking to strengthen our team with you at our Ibbenbüren location.

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for carrying out ongoing accounting (accounts receivable, accounts payable, account assignment).
• In addition to preparing and processing payment transactions and the dunning process, you will also support month-end, quarterly, and year-end closings.
• You will also support tasks in human resources and process travel expense reports.
• General accounting and administrative tasks, as well as various assistance tasks for the management at the site, will round off your area of responsibility.

Requirements

• You have successfully completed your commercial vocational training, e.g., as a tax assistant (m/f/d).
• Ideally, you have already gained professional experience in a technically oriented company.
• You have sound knowledge in accounting, specifically in accounting according to HGB (German Commercial Code), and experience with ERP or merchandise management systems.
• You also have good knowledge of using accounting software.
• A structured and reliable way of working with a high degree of initiative completes your qualification profile.
• Proficiency in German is required.
