Responsibilities

  • Recording, analyzing, and prioritizing requirements from the Finance department.
  • Translating requirements into actionable system solutions, working closely with IT and CRM/ERP management.
  • Consulting and participating in the configuration and further development of Microsoft Dynamics, with a focus on FSCM.
  • Identifying and implementing improvements in financial processes, system application, and data quality.
  • Ensuring uniform and efficient system usage.
  • Planning and conducting functional tests and accompanying releases and introductions of new functions.
  • Acting as the central point of contact for stakeholders to promote knowledge transfer and support and train users.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in the Finance environment (e.g., Accounting, Controlling, or related areas).
  • Very good understanding of Finance processes (e.g., P2P, O2C, Closing) and their system representation.
  • Very good practical knowledge of the ERP system Microsoft Dynamics 365, especially FSCM.
  • Experience in requirements management and in collaborating with IT or system providers.
  • Analytical and structured working style with the ability to quickly grasp complex contexts.
  • Strong communication and moderation skills for stakeholder management.
  • High initiative and solution orientation.
  • Experience in transformation or change projects.
