Karriereweg is seeking motivated interns for a mandatory internship (minimum 6 months) in a remote-first setting. The company focuses on processes, automation, AI, digital tools, CRM, and modern workflows within the field of HR consulting. Interns will contribute to real projects, aiming to structure processes, solve recurring tasks smartly, and advance digital ways of working in recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document existing workflows to make them more understandable and usable.
• Identify automation potential by recognizing recurring tasks and developing ideas for efficiency improvements.
• Research and evaluate digital tools and interfaces, preparing proposals for practical implementation.
• Test AI-driven research processes for market, competitor, target group, and candidate research, documenting effectiveness.
• Develop and refine prompts for AI tools to ensure usable, comprehensible, and high-quality results.
• Critically evaluate, structure, and document findings to derive concrete next steps.
• Develop and enhance CRM and data structures for better organization and usability of contacts, information, follow-ups, and processes.
• Co-develop internal process overviews or small dashboards to visualize tasks, project statuses, and key information.

Requirements

• Currently studying Business Informatics, Business Administration, Digital Business, Process Management, Marketing, or a comparable field.
• Seeking a mandatory internship of at least 6 months.
• Interest in automation, processes, AI, digital tools, and CRM structures.
• Enjoy analyzing, structuring, and clarifying processes.
• Interest in how AI can support work processes.
• Willingness to try new tools and critically evaluate results.
• Ability to work independently while valuing team collaboration.
• Curious, reliable, and communicative.
