About

This role supports a large-scale project developing a next-generation grid control system for the energy transition. The primary goal is to drive agile transformation and ensure the consistent application of agile principles and frameworks across a complex product cluster.

Responsibilities

• Drive the continuous development of agile transformation and establish the Scrum@Scale framework within the product cluster.
• Provide professional leadership and coaching for Scrum Masters in project-related matters.
• Ensure consistent quality standards, methods, and work practices are adhered to throughout the project.
• Advise Product Leads on agile product development and strategic decision-making.
• Facilitate coordination and alignment between multiple Scrum teams, stakeholders, and management.
• Plan, organize, and moderate on-site workshops and large agile events.
• Support the implementation of cross-functional and cross-team initiatives through effective planning and communication.
• Establish and manage an efficient process for impediment removal, including escalation to program level (e.g., MetaScrum).
• Create regular reports on impediments, risks, and improvement measures.
• Ensure sustainable backlog hygiene and monitor adherence to the Definition of Ready and Definition of Done.
• Collaborate with the Product Director and key stakeholders to align strategic priorities and delivery goals.
• Foster transparent communication at all organizational levels to ensure a productive work environment.
• Document and implement agile governance models and coaching concepts for the project.

Requirements

• Several years of experience as a Scrum Master in complex agile environments (minimum 5 years).
• Proven experience with scaling frameworks (e.g., Scrum@Scale).
• Experience in project leadership and coaching.
• Experience in high-level communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience in large, cross-functional team structures.

Can-Requirements:

• Certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM, or Scrum@Scale Practitioner.
• Technical understanding of software development environments.
• Experience in the energy sector, infrastructure, or large transformation projects.
• Located in the greater Berlin area with the possibility of 90% remote work.
