This established craft company has been realizing demanding projects in heating, sanitation, and climate technology for decades, focusing on larger construction projects. As a Senior Installer, you will take responsibility for your construction sites, coordinate installers and subcontractors, and work closely with site and project management. Responsibilities

• Independently manage medium to large SHK construction sites in the Landshut and Munich area.
• Coordinate installers, crews, and subcontractors on your construction sites.
• Take personnel responsibility for construction site teams.
• Schedule materials and ensure smooth construction site operations.
• Create daily construction reports and service reports.
• Coordinate daily with site management and project management.
• Actively support on the construction site as needed and pitch in.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a system mechanic SHK, heating installer, sanitary installer, or in a comparable SHK profession.
• At least 2 years of professional experience as a Senior Installer or alternatively approximately 5 years of professional experience as a customer service installer in the SHK sector aiming for the next career step.
• German language skills at least at B2 level.
• Possess a driver's license class B.
