As a Senior Project Manager – Infrastructure, you will lead complex infrastructure and real estate projects across Mexico, driving execution from concept to completion. This role requires a highly proactive, solution-oriented professional who can think outside the box and operate with a high degree of autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end planning and execution of infrastructure projects (terminals, curbstops, shops).
• Drive real estate, design, and construction project follow-up to ensure timely execution.
• Act as a facilitator across teams, unblocking issues and enabling project owners to move forward.
• Maintain detailed project plans, including tasks, dependencies, critical path, and deadlines.
• Use project management tools (e.g. MS Project) to track timelines, risks, and deliverables.
• Proactively identify risks and raise issues early to avoid escalations.
• Ensure strong follow-up on all action items until resolution.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders including DAC, Real Estate, Legal, Finance, and Operations.
• Prepare and lead status meetings, ensuring clear documentation and accountability.
• Report directly to the Expert Project Manager, providing structured and transparent updates.
• Mentor and support the Junior Project Manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in project management within infrastructure, construction, or real estate.
• Experience in large-scale or expansion projects (e.g. infrastructure rollouts, transportation, urban development).
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with project management tools (MS Project or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of project structuring (task breakdown, dependencies, critical path, deadlines).
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Highly proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Strong ownership, accountability, and ability to work independently.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• PMI certification or formal project management training is a plus.
• Experience in fast-growth or international environments is a plus.
