Responsibilities

• Support management and project managers in daily operations.
• Actively participate in internal projects from idea generation to final implementation.
• Evaluate project goals and results, deriving strategic recommendations.
• Create decision papers, presentations, and reports for management.
• Actively shape and improve existing processes with a fresh perspective.

Requirements

• Completed degree in business administration (BWL, WiWi, or similar) or a comparable qualification.
• First practical experience in project management demonstrating the ability to apply theoretical knowledge.
• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for numbers, data, and logical connections.
• Proficiency in standard MS Office tools, especially Excel.
• Structured, solution-oriented work style combined with drive, initiative, and loyalty.
• Strong communication skills in German and ideally in English.
