Responsibilities

• Support in new customer acquisition by accompanying outbound sales and actively contacting potential customers via channels like LinkedIn or cold emailing.
• Assist in daily contact with existing customers and provide optimal support.
• Independently maintain and update the CRM system to ensure clean documentation of all customer data and sales activities.
• Actively participate in the planning, organization, and execution of events and customer gatherings.
• Provide general sales support by handling various administrative and organizational tasks.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled student.
• Proactive and reliable working style, willing to contribute ideas and work independently and conscientiously.
• Organizational talent with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize efficiently.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Foundational knowledge of marketing and Amazon know-how are advantageous but not mandatory.
