Responsibilities

  • Accurately process orders on a daily basis, including provisioning accounts and verifying orders in CRM.
  • Complete various additional requests related to order processing.
  • Partner closely with Sales Representatives to ensure orders are complete, accurate, and compliant with internal requirements.
  • Manage and work through the assigned case queue for order processing.
  • Provision new and existing customer accounts across multiple platforms for various products.
  • Resolve issues related to purchases or provisioning in coordination with appropriate internal teams.
  • Respond to email inquiries and requests from internal stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal partners across the organization.
  • Provide support to cross-functional departments including Sales, Finance, Support, and Product teams globally.
  • Maintain a strong working knowledge of products, sales workflows, expectations, and order processes.
  • Perform additional administrative duties and support projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Detail-oriented with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills; highly organized, personable, and approachable.
  • Able to apply critical thinking to prioritize effectively and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrates independent problem-solving and sound decision-making under pressure.
  • Action-oriented with a strong sense of ownership, proactively identifying issues and driving solutions.
  • Adaptable and resourceful, using critical thinking to adjust quickly to changing priorities and new information.
  • A degree is not required; candidates may be recent graduates or individuals with transactional experience who demonstrate strong critical thinking, problem-solving ability, and a willingness to learn in a junior-level role.
  • Willing to undergo a 9-12 month contract.
