Responsibilities

• Promote Khyaal’s memberships and services through on-ground awareness and consultative selling.
• Achieve local sales targets through field visits and referrals.
• Organize and manage small community events, demos, and engagement sessions.
• Build relationships with senior communities, RWAs, and welfare associations.
• Identify new outreach opportunities via local networking.
• Track and report field activities, leads, and conversions.
• Ensure post-sales support to drive satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in field sales, outreach, or community engagement. Freshers are also welcome.
• Strong communication skills with an empathetic, people-first approach.
• Fluency in the local language and understanding of the local culture.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.
• Target-driven, self-motivated personality.
• Experience with senior citizens is a plus.
