Responsibilities

  • Manage Togather’s most valuable and production-heavy events with key Clients that generate the most income for the business.
  • Deliver event briefs from contract signing through to live event execution and post-event reporting.
  • Create Health & Safety and RAMS documents, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and best practices.
  • Work with suppliers to deliver great events that exceed client expectations, ensuring all aspects of event production are executed flawlessly.
  • Develop creative ways to engage suppliers and grow their revenue, fostering a culture of collaboration and partnership.
  • Create post-event data packs with relevant information for clients and identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain up-to-date records and information across all event management platforms and applications.
  • Assist with testing and company-wide initiatives, representing the team at company functions, ensuring team alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Build and support time-saving processes throughout the event management journey.
  • Execute new team member onboarding and mentorship.
  • Line manage more junior members of the team and report upwards.
  • Serve as a Togather ambassador, attending industry events to build relationships, identify acquisition opportunities, and stay current on new trends.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of event management and production experience within the events industry, preferably with F&B suppliers/traders at large-scale outdoor and experiential events; delivering complex production, operations, logistical, and staffing projects.
  • Thrive while working on-site at public events, including weekends, late nights, or early mornings.
  • Emotionally intelligent, empathetic, and personable, with the ability to create and nurture relationships.
  • Highly organized and tech-savvy with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Results-driven with a bias for action, focused on driving the business forward.
  • Ability to quickly learn new online tools and proficiency with Excel.
  • Commercially minded with the ability to cross-sell and upsell, identifying opportunities to grow revenue and deepen client relationships.
  • Creative and solutions-oriented, able to bring meaningful solutions to challenges.
  • Excited to be part of a team and embrace the journey.
  • Hybrid working – 3 days in the office.
