You have experience in complex Microsoft environments and want to actively develop IT infrastructures, not just operate them? Then this position as an IT M365 Specialist (m/f/d) could be just right for you. You can expect varied tasks related to modern Windows server landscapes, Microsoft 365, cloud technologies, and IT security. You will take responsibility for exciting projects, contribute your own ideas, and actively shape the future of the IT landscape.

Responsibilities

• Administration and further development of the existing IT infrastructure and the Windows system landscape.
• Operation and management of central servers, systems, and company applications.
• Planning and implementation of IT projects, as well as development and implementation of new technical solutions within the team.
• Ensuring IT security, system stability, and availability in on-premises and cloud environments.
• Monitoring, analysis, and troubleshooting, including error analysis and continuous optimization of systems.
• Automation and documentation of IT processes, as well as creation and maintenance of technical system and process documentation.

Requirements

• Training or degree in IT, e.g., IT specialist for system integration (m/f/d), computer science, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in the administration of Windows Server and Microsoft infrastructures in complex IT environments.
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365, especially Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Microsoft Purview in a corporate environment.
• Sound knowledge of Active Directory and network services such as DNS, DHCP, and PKI.
• Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, IT project management, or Microsoft certifications are advantageous.
• Confident use of PowerShell for automating administrative tasks and processes.
• Experience in IT security and cloud environments (on-premises and cloud), as well as a structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work.
