Responsibilities

• Preparation, analysis, and communication of financial and non-financial management figures.
• Independent processing and further development of controlling tasks within the closing process.
• Acting at the interface between consolidation and controlling.
• Monitoring and steering of working capital components.
• Ensuring and continuously improving data quality in financial and project reports.
• Active participation in the implementation of the WP Group strategy and the further development of the finance department.

Requirements

• University degree (Bachelor or Master) in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; alternatively, a comparable education or advanced training, ideally with a focus on accounting, controlling, or auditing.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of work experience.
• Quick comprehension, strong analytical skills, and a flair for numbers.
• "Doer personality" with a hands-on mentality.
• Technically competent working method, including sound knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel and PowerPoint expert).
• High affinity for systems (ERP ideally Abacus; Performance Management ideally Apliqo) and Business Intelligence.
• Clear, consistent, and target-group-oriented communication, primarily in German and English; French skills are an advantage.
