Responsibilities

• Enterprise Planning Delivery: Design and build scalable planning models for Financial Planning (P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet), Workforce Planning and Cost modeling, and Sales & Revenue forecasting (ARR, pipeline, bookings). Own end-to-end delivery from design to support in partnership with the Product Manager.
• Model Development & Optimization: Build multi-dimensional, driver-based models focusing on performance, scenario planning, versioning, forecasting, model size, calculation efficiency, and user experience.
• Platform Expertise: Provide subject matter expertise in Pigment and Anaplan (Model Builder / Solution Architect). Configure workflows, security, and access controls, leveraging platform-native capabilities over over-customization.
• Data Integration & Automation: Integrate planning tools with enterprise systems such as ERP (NetSuite / Oracle), CRM (Salesforce), and data platforms. Build and maintain automated data pipelines using SQL, APIs, or ETL tools.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with US/EMEA FP&A, IT, and Business teams. Participate in requirement workshops, translate business needs into technical designs, and provide regular updates, demos, and documentation to global stakeholders.
• Governance, Controls & Documentation: Establish and maintain model design standards, naming conventions, solution design documents, runbooks, and data validation/reconciliation processes. Ensure SOX compliance, audit readiness, and strong controls.
• Production Support & Continuous Improvement: Provide L2/L3 support for planning applications, troubleshoot data/model issues, drive root-cause analysis, and continuously improve forecast accuracy, usability, and performance.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in FP&A systems, EPM, or enterprise planning implementations.
• Hands-on experience with at least one platform: Pigment (preferred), Anaplan, or Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Strong understanding of financial planning processes, financial statements, annual sales planning, and driver-based modeling/forecasting.
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred), CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), and data warehouses.
• Additional technical skills include exposure to Python or scripting, and experience with ETL/integration tools.
• Soft skills include strong communication, high ownership, ability to manage multiple priorities, structured problem-solving, and attention to detail.
