This role is key to fueling the commercial pipeline with high-value qualified leads and accelerating company growth.

About the Role:
The BDR Sr will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and generating opportunities with strategic, high-potential revenue clients (VIP). You will design and implement personalized outbound strategies to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and drive significant business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect VIP leads (high-value) within key segments (medium and large companies, strategic accounts).
  • Design and implement highly personalized outbound strategies (email, calls, LinkedIn, networking).
  • Generate and qualify high-impact business opportunities for the sales team.
  • Conduct in-depth research on target accounts: structure, needs, financial pains, and key decision-makers.
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders (C-level, directors, etc.).
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives for effective handoffs and opportunity closure.
  • Maintain and optimize CRM usage with accurate, up-to-date information.
  • Analyze prospecting and conversion metrics to optimize strategies.
  • Provide market insights and constant feedback on the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).

Profile and Experience:

  • +4 years of experience in Business Development / Sales / BDR, ideally in Fintech, SaaS, or Financial Services.
  • Proven track record as a hunter, generating high-value outbound opportunities.
  • History of success working with enterprise or high mid-market clients.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to interact with executive profiles (C-Level).
  • Proficiency with CRM tools.
  • High results orientation and resilience.
  • Intermediate-advanced English (desirable).
  • Strategic and analytical mindset.
  • Persistence and proactivity.
  • Focus on revenue and results.
  • Ability to personalize high-impact messages.

Role KPIs:

  • Number of qualified opportunities generated (SQLs).
  • Pipeline generated ($).
  • Lead-to-opportunity conversion rate.
  • Pipeline quality (average deal size).
  • Effective outbound activity (impact-driven, not just volume).
