We are currently looking for a Product Manager to actively drive the further development of our manufacturer portfolio and contribute to the company's continued growth.
Aufgaben (Responsibilities)
- Responsibility for achieving QBS gross profit targets and manufacturer-specific commercial goals for the DACH region.
- Development and responsibility for the commercial strategy and Go-to-Market plans per manufacturer (including target segments, key partners, campaigns, enablement, and incentives) with a clear 12–36-month roadmap.
- Proactive management of manufacturer relationships as the central point of contact for commercial, channel, and GTM topics.
- Building, maintaining, and expanding relationships with existing resellers, as well as actively recruiting, onboarding, and enabling new partners to broaden regional market coverage.
- Increasing partner activity through regular business reviews, enablement sessions, joint customer appointments, and incentive programs focused on pipeline building and closing.
- Identifying potential customers, generating and qualifying leads, and consistently following up.
- Positioning and selling software solutions, particularly in the IT observability and monitoring solutions space.
- Overall responsibility for the opportunity pipeline (from lead to close), including tracking, removing obstacles, deal support, and forecast accuracy.
- Close collaboration with Marketing to ensure timely execution (website, email campaigns, webinars, PR, digital & social media).
- Regular interaction with top resellers in prioritized markets to identify opportunities and strengthen partnerships.
- Continuous market analysis (manufacturer roadmaps, competition, pricing trends, customer requirements).
Qualifikation (Qualifications)
- Several years of demonstrable experience in IT sales or business development, ideally in software distribution.
- Very good understanding of partner and channel structures.
- Basic technical understanding in IT monitoring and system surveillance is advantageous.
- Experience in indirect sales through system houses and partner networks.
- Basic business management understanding and proficiency with KPIs and forecasts.
- Willingness to travel within the DACH region.
- Strong communication and consulting skills with a confident, professional demeanor.
- Enjoy networking and collaborative partnerships.
- Independent, structured, and goal-oriented work style.
- Very high customer and service orientation.
- Very good German and English language skills (written and spoken).
- Very good MS Office skills and routine use of digital tools.
