The Role: Executive Insights Program Manager

The Executive Insights program delivers data-driven readouts showcasing the measurable ROI and business impact our NiCE CXone customers achieve. This high-volume program (approx. 500 readouts annually) operates on a defined, repeatable process. As the Program Manager, you will own the end-to-end engagement pipeline, ensuring each step from intake to final readout is completed on schedule and without issues. This is an operational ownership role focused on orchestrating a fast-moving operation, not on delivering the analysis or client-facing presentations.

Primary Responsibilities

• Own the Engagement Pipeline: Manage engagements from intake through delivery, maintaining a clear, current view of the pipeline status, priorities, and expected completion dates.
• Keep Work on Course: Maintain real-time status on all active engagements, identify risks early, and coordinate with relevant teams to keep them on track. Serve as the central source of truth for engagement status.
• Report on Program Health: Provide leadership with consistent visibility into throughput, cycle time, and overall pipeline health. Define and maintain program performance KPIs.
• Strengthen the Program Over Time: Identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce manual effort, and improve operational efficiency. Partner on reporting, dashboards, and automation to support program scaling.

Required Experience / Skills

• Proven program and project management experience (planning, execution, governance, risk management).
• Track record of managing high-volume pipelines or portfolios with multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Strong cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with status reporting, KPI design, and program-level visibility.
• Proficiency with Salesforce or a comparable CRM.
• Clear, concise executive communication skills.
• Experience with process documentation and workflow design, with an eye for automation.
• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Formal project management training or certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Program or Project Management experience in a SaaS, GTM, or operational environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume, multi-workstream pipeline.
• Experience partnering across Sales, Customer Success, and technical teams.
• Familiarity with contact center, CX, or CXone.
