Your Role

As a VSB Sales Manager (1-19 Employee Segment), you will oversee outreach efforts to potential clients and lead a team of VSB Sales Specialists. You will drive lead generation and engagement strategies, craft personalized pitches, leverage market insights, and collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Product Development, Management) to align with company objectives and drive growth. You will coach and mentor your team, identify top talent, and ensure sales strategies align with company growth objectives. This position reports directly to the Sales Leader in the Philippines.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and oversee the initial contact and lead qualification process, ensuring a steady flow of high-quality leads.
  • Develop and implement tailored outreach strategies that effectively communicate the value proposition.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales teams to align messaging and campaign strategies.
  • Conduct in-depth research on industry trends and client needs to enhance outreach effectiveness.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to VSB Sales Specialists, fostering professional growth and optimizing team performance.
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports to the Philippine Sales Leader on team activities, progress, and performance metrics.

Skills You’ll Bring

  • Strong leadership abilities with at least 2 years of managerial experience in managing Sales Account Executives.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration.
  • Proficiency in strategic planning and execution, with the ability to develop and implement tailored outreach strategies.
  • Analytical mindset with the capability to conduct thorough research on industry trends and client needs.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • Previous experience in business development or sales roles, preferably within the technology or telecommunications industry, is advantageous.
  • Strong digital communication skills with emphasis on visual and verbal clarity during remote interactions.
  • Ability to work US core hours (6am - 5pm Pacific Time) 100% on-camera in a dedicated, technically enabled remote workspace.
  • Amenable to work on a Hybrid work arrangement (2x -3x a week) in Ortigas, Pasig City.
  • Excellent internet connectivity required.
