As a VSB Sales Manager (1-19 Employee Segment), you will oversee outreach efforts to potential clients and lead a team of VSB Sales Specialists. You will drive lead generation and engagement strategies, craft personalized pitches, leverage market insights, and collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Product Development, Management) to align with company objectives and drive growth. You will coach and mentor your team, identify top talent, and ensure sales strategies align with company growth objectives. This position reports directly to the Sales Leader in the Philippines.
