About the Role:
As a Medical Assistant, you will report to the department manager and play a crucial role in referral management for high-risk patients. You will provide essential support to the team and assist with patient needs, all within a fully remote work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and process new patient referrals from clients.
• Create and manage patient charts.
• Input medical information into patient charts.
• Assist Care Coordinators with patient needs.
• Foster a positive and supportive team culture.
• Perform other assigned duties.

Required Education & Experience:

• Sedentary role requiring prolonged sitting.
• Ability to speak clearly and listen attentively, often via telephone for extended periods.
• Capacity to understand, process, and take notes in real-time during phone conversations.
