About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled IT Hardware & Software Specialist to join our team. This role involves the installation, setup, and troubleshooting of hardware and software, as well as managing inventory and providing essential IT support.

Aufgaben (Responsibilities):

• Installation, setup, and troubleshooting of hardware and software.
• Inventory management and warehousing.
• Labeling and scanning activities.
• Asset services and customer database maintenance.
• Provisioning and status management of orders.

Qualifikation (Requirements):

• Completed technical training (e.g., Fachinformatiker Systemintegration (m/w/d), IT-Systemelektroniker (m/w/d), Elektroniker für Geräte und Systeme (m/w/d), IT-Systemtechniker (m/w/d)) or demonstrably comparable practical IT knowledge.
• Basic knowledge of networking and operating systems (especially Windows and Office).
• Very good German language skills and basic English skills.
• Willingness to work shifts (currently single-shift operation).
• Antistatic safety shoes are required.
