At KNUTH, you are in the middle of it: As an apprentice in system integration, you will work on real IT projects, accompany the digital transformation of an international family company, and learn how modern IT infrastructures work in practice – from the introduction of new ERP and CRM systems to the daily support of our users.

Tasks

Your 3-year apprenticeship combines theory and practice: You will attend vocational school in Rendsburg 1-2 days a week – or alternatively choose block instruction in Kiel. The rest of the week you will work with us in a modern office in Wasbek, going through all relevant stages of our IT department.

• Administration of networks, servers, databases, and operating systems
• Installation and configuration of networked IT systems
• Conception and realization of complex IT solutions
• Analysis and resolution of IT malfunctions
• Consultation and training of users
• Presentation of system solutions and creation of economic calculations
• Participation in projects – from planning to implementation

Qualifications

• Abitur, Fachhochschulreife, or Mittlerer Schulabschluss (high school diploma or equivalent)
• Interest in modern IT and digital technologies
• Enjoyment of teamwork and good communication skills
• German language skills at at least B2 level – English or other foreign languages are a plus
