Ashby is seeking a Director to lead its GTM Systems & Tools team within the Revenue Operations department. This role is critical for scaling the company beyond $100M ARR by ensuring the internal infrastructure is high-performing. You will be the architect and steward of the entire revenue tech stack, empowering Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success with the data, automation, and tooling they need. You will manage a small, high-impact team, balancing hands-on execution with strategic planning.
Our current tech stack includes HubSpot, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Accord, Slab, Chili Piper, LeadIQ, Keyplay, Snowflake, and Omni. Familiarity with these specific tools is not required; a general understanding of a fast-growing SaaS GTM team's tech stack is more important.
