EarnIn, a pioneer in earned wage access, is seeking a driven and organized Recruiting Coordinator Lead to support talent operations in its Bengaluru office. This role is key to delivering a seamless, high-quality interview experience and supporting broader talent operations, onboarding, and employee experience initiatives.

About the Role:
This is a highly visible, execution-focused position requiring strong ownership and sound judgment. You will partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and executive assistants to lead and coordinate interview scheduling across the full recruitment lifecycle. As a local operational partner in Bengaluru, you will also support onboarding logistics, employee experience initiatives, and site-related needs.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and coordinate interview scheduling across the recruitment lifecycle.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a consistent, professional, and inclusive interview experience.
• Manage interview logistics end-to-end, including availability collection, conflict resolution, and maintaining accurate candidate data in Greenhouse.
• Act as a subject matter expert on recruiting tools and processes, driving efficiency and consistency.
• Support onboarding logistics, employee experience initiatives, and site-based needs in Bengaluru.
• Partner with local People Partner, IT, facilities, and vendors.
• Support planning and execution of local events and engagements.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve recruiting and talent operations processes.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 2+ years in recruiting coordination, program management, talent operations, HR operations, or a similar role.
• Organization: Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Coordination: Experience coordinating and scheduling interviews in a high-volume, global hiring environment.
• Autonomy: Demonstrated ability to operate independently, take ownership, and follow through on work.
• Collaboration: Proven experience partnering with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
• Communication: Clear, thoughtful, and professional communication skills (written and verbal) in English.
• Mindset: Proactive, service-oriented mindset with comfort navigating ambiguity and change.
• Tools: Experience using ATS systems (ideally Greenhouse) and Google Workspace.
• Relationships: Experience building relationships with global team members.

Work Environment:

• Hybrid role based in Bengaluru (HSR Layout), with an expectation of being onsite at least two days per week.
