Oscar Health is seeking an experienced Stock Plan Manager to lead the operations of its equity plan administration. This role is crucial for ensuring the seamless administration of stock options, RSUs, and PSUs, upholding accuracy, integrity, and cross-functional collaboration. Reporting to the Director, Executive Compensation, you will play a key part in managing equity-related events and supporting broader Total Rewards initiatives.

About the Role:
As the Stock Plan Manager, you will oversee the daily administration of Oscar Health’s equity compensation plans, leading the end-to-end execution of grant cycles and vesting events. You will ensure accurate processing of equity transactions, maintain stock plan records, and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily administration of equity compensation plans, including grant cycles and vesting events (RSUs, PSUs, stock options).
  • Ensure accurate processing of equity transactions (grants, exercises, releases) with a focus on employee experience.
  • Coordinate with external equity management vendors and partners.
  • Maintain stock plan records, ensuring data accuracy and integrity in the equity management system.
  • Collaborate with Total Rewards, Payroll, Tax, Legal, IT, Accounting, Finance, and external vendors for compliance.
  • Partner with Accounting and Legal on Form 4 filings, proxy statements, executive compensation reviews, and 10b5-1 plans.
  • Develop employee education and communications regarding equity programs.
  • Oversee SOX compliance for all equity-related processes, including documentation, testing, and audit support.
  • Stay current with relevant regulations and industry trends.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 4 years of equity administration experience with a US public company.
  • Platforms: 4+ years of experience with equity platforms (e.g., Fidelity, Shareworks).
  • Regulatory Knowledge: 3+ years of experience with SEC, IRS, and regulatory requirements related to equity compensation.
  • HRIS: Experience working with HRIS systems, preferably Workday.
  • Software: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and G Suite applications.

Bonus Points:

  • Certified Equity Professional (CEP) designation preferred, or active progress toward certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work with pressing deadlines, prioritize tasks, and demonstrate flexibility.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Project management skills.
  • Experience implementing equity systems and scalable processes.
  • Experience migrating equity administration platforms.
  • High-tech/startup company experience.
  • Healthcare/Insurance industry-related experience.

Work Location:

  • Tempe, AZ office.
  • Hybrid schedule: 3 days in-office per week (Thursdays are required for team meetings and events).

Pay Transparency:

  • Base pay: $111,034 - $145,733 per year.
