Job Description:
Accurately process accounting records and prepare simple financial statements and management accounts in accordance with designated accounting frameworks. This role requires a commitment to meeting deadlines and maintaining confidentiality.

Main Responsibilities:
Conduct the following within prescribed deadlines:

• Prepare and post final bookkeeping entries for financial statements and management accounts.
• Prepare and post accounts payables and receivables, loans, and bank transactions for assigned client portfolios.
• Create or amend supplier or loan cards.
• Perform bank, investment, and other reconciliations.
• Provide additional bookkeeping and accounting support to Client Accounting staff and assist with ad-hoc projects.
• Prepare simple annual financial statements in accordance with appropriate accounting standards and management accounts from client entity records.
• Provide accounting services to clients in various jurisdictions within the Ocorian Group.

Other Responsibilities:

• Protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of all information related to Ocorian, its clients, and employees.
• Comply with all information security policies, procedures, and guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Completing ACCA Level 2 and/or holding a first degree in an accounting field.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

• Ability to learn NAV, Viewpoint, and Value Financials software.
• Ability to learn UK GAAP and IFRS, as well as other relevant accounting frameworks.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
