The Opportunity:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Support Consultant to join our team. This role offers the chance to work with leading SaaS, software, and hardware solutions, enhance your skills, and achieve challenging goals.

What You Will Do:

  • Deliver outstanding customer support via email and phone.
  • Adhere to internal procedures and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams for efficient issue resolution.
  • Handle sensitive customer data with the utmost care and security.
  • Implement the latest customer happiness best practices.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of client solutions and meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Communicate with developers and cross-functional specialists.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Excellent German and English language skills (at least C1 level for both speaking and writing).
  • 6–12 months of experience in customer support.
  • Strong analytical thinking and research skills.
  • Positive, proactive, and responsible attitude.
  • Personal computer with at least 8GB of RAM and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload).
