About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated e-File Specialist to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and filing legal documents using our proprietary online platforms and tools. You will collaborate closely with the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to achieve common goals, resolve issues, and contribute to project success. This position is fully remote but requires the candidate to be located in Puerto Rico.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance knowledge of industry processes.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies as they arise.
• Complete additional projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy.
• Typing speed of 50-60 wpm.
• Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Tech experience is strongly preferred.
• Data entry experience is a plus.
• Desire and ability to be a team player.
• No prior experience necessary.

Compensation:

• $12.00 - $12.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM PST
