Job Description:

We are seeking a meticulous Legal Entity and Regulatory Request (LER) Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial for managing and processing legal documentation and requests from law enforcement agencies globally. You will be responsible for ensuring accuracy, quality, and adherence to strict service level agreements (SLAs).

Core Duties:

• Triage and review incoming LER requests, including legal documentation.
• Assess requests against internal LER guidelines, policies, and playbooks.
• Initiate and validate data retrieval packages through internal systems, ensuring critical accuracy and quality control before delivery.
• Acknowledge and respond to requests from law enforcement agencies worldwide regarding the status and outcome of their submissions, adhering to tight turnaround times (SLA deadlines).

Qualifications:

• Excellent English proficiency (C1 level).
• Valid EU work permit.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to explain complex topics clearly and simply.
• Comfortable working independently under time pressure, managing competing priorities, and exercising sound judgment with ambiguity.
• This role requires precision and is distinct from typical customer service roles.
• Critical Warning: The role involves exposure to sensitive and harmful content, including material related to criminal investigations, violence, exploitation, and child safety. Extensive psychological wellbeing support is provided.
• Similar experience is a significant plus.
