Responsibilities

To further grow our brand, we are looking for support in Social Media & Content (Minijob / Part-time / Working Student). You will help us populate our founder profiles and company channels with exciting, modern, and relevant content.

• Support in building our social media presence on LinkedIn and Instagram.
• Content creation for founder profiles and company pages.
• Planning, preparation, and publication of posts.
• Behind-the-scenes (BTS) insights, team content, and event coverage.
• Researching current trends, AI topics, and relevant industry developments.
• Support with articles, LinkedIn posts, case studies, and content ideas.
• Collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and Founders.
• Support with simple image, video, and short-form content formats.
• Co-development of new ideas for reach, branding, and community building.

Qualifications

• Interest in social media, content, and digital trends.
• Enthusiasm for AI, startups, and modern technologies.
• Creativity and a feel for relevant content and storytelling.
• Independent and structured work style.
• First experiences with LinkedIn, Instagram, or content creation are a plus.
• Ideally, experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar.
• Good written communication skills and a feel for modern communication.
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
