Product Manager - Web (m/f/d)

Patronus is seeking a Product Manager for Web to join our team. You will be responsible for our web-based applications (webshop, customer portal, backoffice) and play a key role in shaping Patronus' growth. Working closely with the CTPO and the Product Team, you will develop products that provide safety in critical moments, with a high degree of ownership, short decision-making paths, and direct influence on strategy and product.

Your Mission:

• Web Product Ownership: Take full ownership of our web applications (webshop, customer portal, backoffice), including the roadmap, guiding features from idea to release through MVPs and rapid iterations.
• Discovery & Requirements: Validate needs through user research and customer conversations, translating business and customer requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and a prioritized backlog.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Employ a data-driven approach for all product decisions, measuring KPIs post-release, analyzing user feedback, and deriving insights for future iterations.
• Processes: Understand complex customer processes, build thoughtful workflows, and create an outstanding user experience (UX).
• Monetization & Growth: Drive growth for our webshop using experience in subscription models and billing systems (e.g., Stripe), along with a strong sense for E-commerce, CRO, and A/B testing.
• Strategy & Stakeholders: Actively shape the web product strategy with the CTPO. Serve as a bridge between stakeholders, engineers, and QA, communicating goals and updates, coordinating releases, and resolving blockers.
• Quality & Support: Hands-on testing of features, supporting customer support with troubleshooting, and overseeing QA processes until release.
• AI & Prototyping: Utilize AI tools for faster prototyping and UI generation, from initial concept to testable design.

Your Talent:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally with a focus on web applications.
• Experience working in a startup or small team environment with rapid execution, changing requirements, and significant scope for design.
• Proven data-driven working style: KPIs, analytics, and user feedback form the basis of every product decision.
• Experience with customer processes, UX/UI design, and prototyping (e.g., Figma).
• Familiarity with E-commerce/webshop environments, including CRO and A/B testing.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, ensuring alignment and clarity even in complex situations.
• Proficiency with modern product, design, and analytics tools (e.g., Figma, Hotjar, Miro, Mixpanel, Jira) and AI tools in the product process.
• Native-level German (C2) and very good English (minimum C1) language skills.

Desirable:

• Experience with subscription models and billing systems (e.g., Stripe, Adyen).
