Project Manager - IT Infrastructure and Data Center Projects (m/f/d)

NT Neue Technologie AG, an innovative IT company with over 25 years of experience in business process digitalization and digital transformation, is seeking a Project Manager for IT Infrastructure and Data Center Projects at its Erfurt location.

About the Role:

Your future role will be in our IT Service and Data Center division. We offer individual customer solutions for operating their IT infrastructure in our state-of-the-art data center, including network, client, and standard applications. We prioritize a team-oriented atmosphere and family-friendly working conditions alongside technical qualifications.

Your Responsibilities:

• Serve as the interface to the customer, managing project steering for the implementation of IT customer projects from planning to successful acceptance, supported by technical specialists.
• Be responsible for planning and adhering to deadlines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Moderate and document project progress, create status reports, and reliably manage projects through handover to regular operations and billing processes.
• Organize and coordinate internal implementation processes between the specialized groups within our IT department.
• As a Service Level Manager, clarify and moderate ongoing operational inquiries regarding service processes and billing. Create customer offers for expansion requests.
• Act as a communicator and organizer between customers and our technical staff, translating customer tasks into internal technical requirements and technical solutions into customer-friendly language.

Your Qualifications:

• Experience as a Kaufmann/-frau für IT-System-Management or a completed degree in Business Informatics. Experience in IT Service Management is welcome.
• Knowledge of the functionality and operation of a data center, cloud infrastructure, and IT security aspects of data centers is desirable.
• Commercial and sales-oriented thinking and action.
• Service-oriented and professional demeanor towards customers and partners.
• Responsible, reliable, and particularly independent work style.
• Willingness to learn new topics and expand IT infrastructure know-how.
• Experience in managing complex IT projects is desirable.
